Comenius Multilateral school partnership: ‘Mens Sana in Corpore Sano’
Our school is involved in a Comenius Multilateral school partnership ‘Mens Sana in Corpore Sano – A Healthy Mind is in a Healthy Body’. (August 2010 -July 2012). Our partners are: Primate Dixon Primary school (coordinator) (Northern Ireland), Volkschule Unterwössen (Germany), Szkola Podstawowa im. rtm. Witolda Pileckiego (Poland) and Cumhuriyet Ilkögretim Okulu (Turkey).

Our European partners will visit our school in March 2012, we will l share information about their games, including video and other information and images of our playgrounds and school play spaces.
We will also plan the Comenius European Nation Football Tournament, which will take place in Northern Ireland in June 2012. Read more.
Our pupils play rugby for the first time
Pupils from years 4, 5 and 6 were surprised by the visit of Tomas Pardo, who was the manager of the Spanish Rugby Team and nowadays is the manager of the ‘Club Rugby Alzira’, as well as, Ricardo Trivaldos, who plays in the Spanish Team and in the ‘Club Abelles València’.
They explained to our students interesting things about this sport. After the talk, our pupils played rugby for the first time and they all enjoyed it a lot.
