On 18th April in the Educational Innovation Project “Pilota a l’escola” Hernandez School took part in a theoretical / practical teaching session at the trinquet Pelayo.
As it is known, the trinquet Pelayo is considered the oldest active sports facility in Europe (1868) and is where the players have played the most important and prestigious games in the world of the pilota.
Students of 4th Primary were fortunate to receive theoretical & practical teaching by two players. Both are brothers and they are from Vva. de Castellón too. Guillem is a technician from the Pilota Federation and Ricard is a professional player.
The day was very enriching for the students because they could learn more about the world of the pilota and play it in an excellent setting, surely it will be an experience they will never forget.
